TAZKI
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Tazki handles information when you use the mobile app. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information we handle
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive account details such as your name, email address, and profile image where the provider supplies them. You can edit your display name. The app stores your session tokens securely on your device.
You choose what to save as habits, including habit names, schedules, reminder preferences and time zone. When you check in, we store the date, status and any optional note you add. We also store account, subscription and purchase-provider identifiers and subscription status needed to provide access and restore purchases.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, sync your habits and check-ins, show your progress, provide support, secure accounts, process account deletion, and determine subscription access. We do not use habit notes to provide advertising.
Service providers and sharing
We share information with providers only as needed to operate the app: Apple or Google for sign-in and store billing, RevenueCat for purchase and subscription management, and the infrastructure providers that host the API and database. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
Storage and security
Account and habit information is stored on the service and synced to your signed-in devices. The app also keeps a local SQLite cache of habit details and check-ins so your history can load quickly and remain available offline. The cache is separated by account and is cleared when you delete your account. Session tokens are stored using the device secure-storage facility. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and habit information while your account is active. You can request deletion from Profile → Delete account; deletion removes your account and its associated app data from the service. Store billing records may remain with Apple or Google under their policies, and records we must retain by law may be kept for the required period. Deleting your app account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it through the store where you purchased it.
Your choices
You may edit your display name, manage your subscription through the relevant app store, and request account deletion in the app. Apple and Google provide controls for information linked to their sign-in and billing services.
Children and changes
Tazki is not designed for children under 13. We may update this policy as the app changes; the date above indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
