Using Tazki
These terms apply when you use Tazki. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live and use the app lawfully.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the habits and notes you add. You retain your rights to that content and allow us to store and process it only to operate the app. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security, or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. The available plans, price, billing period, trial terms (if any), and renewal details are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. The store charges your account and manages renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its terms. Cancel through the store where you subscribed; deleting your Tazki account or app does not cancel a subscription. Subscription access is subject to the purchase being confirmed by the store.
The app and its availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features to maintain or improve the service. We work to keep your information available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that the app will always be error-free. Keep any personal records you need outside the app.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account from Profile. Deletion removes your account and associated app data, subject to records that must be retained by law and records held by third-party stores. We may suspend access if necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided as a personal habit-tracking tool, not as medical, mental-health, religious, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the app changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept them to the extent permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
